I wasn't rushed or feel any pressure to make any decisions. If i couldn't fully understand something he patiently explained all again.Thank you Adam for give me a very pleasant experience.
The process from start to finish was exceptionally handled by salesmen Conor, who brought his own knowledge and expertise into the sale of a MINI, which has been outstanding thus far. Going over and above is never necessary, but Conor was attentive, polite and understanding. By far, the best car sales rep i've ever experienced, which made buying a car, and outlaying more money on a vehicle than I ever have previously, a real worry, and exciting process.
The car itself is a dream, and is stunning.
The experience at Group 1 Assured Norwich Central was good because Kevin helped us in the first instance and then handed us over to Conor who took over and helped us immensely with the journey of buying the car. We are glad we came to Group 1, thank you both for making it very easy.
